Benefit For: Paige L. Plonski

 Who: Poptart Monkeys, Fith, Forever Goodbye Letter, Kartune, and Gravity Hill.
What: Benefit Concert to benefit Paige L. Plonski (see information below)
Where: The Peppermint, Sunbury, PA

When: Thursday, December 16th, 2004 - 8 PM

Local coverage: WNEP-TV support, Daily Item, 94.1 WQKX, 106.5 FYY and PA Musician support, we are hoping for yours as well. Thank you.

The final details have just been worked out for Poptart Monkeys to have their Second Annual major fund-raising benefit for Paige L. Plonski, the surviving daughter of Krissy Shaffer. Krissy was killed in a car crash after leaving a local night club. Paige is 5 years old, Her father died about a year before Krissy's passing, so she is without natural parents, and we are calling on all of our fans and people of the community to again rise to this call.

This benefit is different than most you support in that we are organizing it. 100% of all monies raised by advanced contributions and solicitations, as well as the door money the night of the event will totally go to Paige in the form of an established trust fund that will protect the funds until she turns 18 years of age.

The date is THURSDAY DECEMBER 16TH, AND THE PLACE IS THE PEPPERMINT LOUNGE IN SUNBURY, PA. The other bands who will be performing with POPTART MONKEYS, and donating their time are: FITH, FOREVER GOODBYE LETTER, KARTUNE AND GRAVITY HILL. I have already started receiving donations from local businesses, and I encourage all of you, no matter where you live, talk to business owners you know, friend etc., and come to the benefit with anything you can raise....the check should be made payable to: "PAIGE L. PLONSKI ED. TRUST FUND", This FUND was established by Attorney Robert Diehl Jr. of Sunbury, PA. We have verification letters of such on file in the event they are needed to prove credibility.

We have established radio support, Newspaper support, TV support, and PA Musician support...Everyone is teaming up to make this successful for Paige.....We are appealing to all fans of all bands, come and support this cause, and let's prove just how tight we rock and roll people are, and that we do care.
