Bob Snyder, owner of the Peppermint Ristorante and Music Club, recently announced the opening of a new elegant catering and banquet room at 700 Market Street, Sunbury. Along with many renovations and a new private bar, is the addition of a new back entrance with additional parking. The new back entrance is handicapped accessible. Snyder announced his Ristorante is focused toward family dining, banquets, weddings, large and small intimate catering needs. Enhancing the restaurant's miscellaneous service, The Peppermint now has available at no charge, for civic as well as all social groups, technical services. These services include a multi-media response computer system allowing for visual presentations using large and small television screens along with VCRs. The Restaurant has three banquet rooms, closed circuit television and state-of-the art-sound and lighting systems. The seating capacity of The Peppermint is 325 people, with accommodations for 600 people for cocktails and light dining.
